Fajr Hospital is a public general hospital in Marivan, Iran. Its recorded history begins in 1346 SH (1967–1968), when it opened under the name Shir-o-Khorshid Hospital. The hospital subsequently operated as Allah Akbar Hospital before taking the Fajr Hospital name used today.

The milestones that shaped the hospital's identity across nearly six decades of service.

The hospital opened in 1346 SH under the name Shir-o-Khorshid, meaning "Lion and Sun." This opening marks the beginning of the hospital's recorded history in Marivan.

Following its initial period, the hospital was renamed Allah Akbar Hospital. This was an intermediate name in its history, preceding its present identity as Fajr Hospital.

Since 1384 SH (2005–2006), the institution has operated under the name Fajr Hospital. This is the name used in its current International Patient Department information booklet.

Fajr Hospital is located on Seyed Qotb Street in Marivan. Its grounds cover 20,000 square metres, with a built-up area of 7,146 square metres, as stated in the hospital introduction section of the booklet.
